About Us
Grey Lady Property Management is a full-service company that caters to the unique needs of our clients on the island. We utilize our local connections to expedite maintenance or repair requests and ensure the timely completion of larger contract jobs. As a full-service property management company, we offer weekly checkups and status reports on houses, and complimentary checkups during severe weather for peace of mind. We take responsibility for day-to-day repairs, ongoing maintenance, security, and upkeep of properties. We are fully insured and only work with licensed contractors.
Max Perkins
Max was born on the island and grew up in the trades. He spent a number of years as a carpenter building homes and gaining valuable insight into the real estate industry. He is a broker for one of Nantucket’s top real estate companies and is also a charter boat captain for his family business. He is very handy with day-to-day repairs and leverages his local connections for larger jobs.
